在MPI_Gatherv调用中,您从每个级别发送numOfValuesPerProcess [rank] * ySize元素,但在接收端仅为numOfValuesPerProcess [rank]元素保留空间。乘法之后,您将发送/接收的ySize乘以更多的数据,因此MPI_Gatherv调用的recvcounts和displs参数需要考虑该ySize因子。
顺便说一句,您似乎也有很多内存泄漏,没有足够的可用空间来容纳malloc。学习使用valgrind之类的工具来帮助查找和修复这些问题。
