我刚用html和javascript创建了一个网页。页面以带有各种按钮的控制面板图像为中心。每个按钮旁边都有2个矩形，当按下按钮时，正方形从红色变为绿色（开启时）。我的问题是：你能通过我的网页控制一台串口机吗？ （如果我按下网站上的按钮，它就会关闭，同时也会在串口机上关闭它吗？

Hello!
I just created a web page using html and javascript. The page centered on an image of a control panel with various buttons. Next to each button there are 2 rectangles the squares when crushing the button pass from red to green (on off). My question is this: can you control a serial machine through my web page? (If I press on the button on the site it is turned off and also on the serial machine it goes from on to off?
What I have tried:
nothing till now cause i dont now where and how to start so please help me
