When doing data entry it is taking 55 seconds to populate a Auto Complete Box pulldown in the "Add New ....." screen. On the LAN it is taking about 3 seconds. Is there a way to speed this up by filtering? The Auto Complete Box displays all of the records in the table when it could be filtered down to a third of what it is currently displaying. Any ideas? If you're using the built in then there is no real way to filter and I'd recommend you roll with your own. The only downside of your own "Add New" is it won't open in a popup by default but you can get around the by adding the Entity to another screen and change the group to a popup button. By having your own screen you can the click the "Edit Query" for the drop down selection.
