I don't think I've got the right forum here - I was looking for something on either PowerApps or Sharepoint Online as my query relates to both of those as below.
We are a small charity in Scotland and are looking to put out a Jargon Buster for terms relating to learning difficulties that people may want a bit of help with.
My colleagues put together about 50 bits of jargon and then gave their definitions. They asked me to make this publicly available somewhere with the desire that it's not all just put it in a table but rather you select your jargon through a search or drop down.
I thought PowerApps would be the best tool and was able to put this together in just a few minutes to how we wanted. Our Website is a bit of a nightmare and we can only currently update news items and links to resources. I thought I'd put the Jargon Buster PowerApp into a Sharepoint Online page and throw in our videos on Stream and a Twitter update to pad the page out a little.
I noticed quite quickly that an issue I had was that I needed to share the PowerApp with the people that wanted to use it as well as my Excel file with the data which was stored in my OneDrive. I tried to move the excel file to Sharepoint so it'd be free for all but then I can't use it as a data source in the app.
Is my target of having a publicly available sharepoint page (Shared through our website and social media) with this Jargon Buster PowerApp never going to happen? That'd be a shame as the team love it and I was pretty chuffed with myself!
What alternatives could their be? This is the pic of what I have just now that the office can access.
