May be the document library enabled versioning and also set the draft item security.

Please check what is the option has been selected for the draft item security in the following location.
转到库设置->版本设置->如果选项是任何可以读取项目的用户"，则选中草稿项目安全性".那么只有拥有该库读取权限的所有用户才能看到这些文档.
Go to Library Setting-->Versioning Settings--> Check "Draft Item Security", if the option is "Any user who can read items" then only all users who are having read permission on the library can see the documents.
