Regardless, MS's website does not say its no longer available, if you go to the right place, which you can reach by reading the announcements (click to open the announcements at the top of the forum), and finding this:https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/expression?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 notice. Click on the link in that notice for the Free EW4, and you'll get to the download link. Ditto for any other free versions of the Expression suite.
