Hi All,

Just like the title says. I've got a live app service website bound to custom domains and SSL certificates that I need to migrate to a new static site that is stored and served in a static website storage container.

I need to avoid any downtime. Is it possible to bind custom domains and SSL's to two resources before switching the DNS? Would setting up a CDN resource provide a channel where downtime could be avoided?

I'm looking for ANY direction, comments, information on doing this kind of migration as much of it is new to me.
