Staring azure Paas - web app to connect with database and stuck in a problem. I have spent quite a bit of time and stuck to resolve this issue while I am trying to publish sql database project created in Visual Studio 2015 to sql database on central US sql server instance. In some tutorial it showed that Visual studio will add current client IP using a wizard while publishing project but somehow this wizard is not kicking off for me so in order to add client Ip, i had to add a firewall rule on Azure portal - respective sql server and added from 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255, bit it still gives me same error that "Unable to connect to master or target server 'kjahkjahs'. you must have a user with the same password in master or target server 'kjahkjahs'. I have also tried chaging the sql server from sql server 2016 to azure V12 but that didnt help.
