i want Setup and Deployment of Windows Application with SQL Server Database 2005 using Visual Studio 2008 i have two tables n 5-6 store procedure im not getting how can i create set up with database and store procedure please guide me,give me snap-short how to do or points it''s my first time so not getting how can i do and 2nd question i like to ask after creating set up can we changes in application? and after changing one more time we create set up?
