我需要使用SharePoint Designer编写SharePoint 2013的工作流.要求是因为我有一个列表，其中没有很多项目.在该列表中有一个列名为``计划日期''的列.必须编写一个每天发送邮件的工作流程 在计划日期的7天之前.但是问题在清单中，项目太多了，当我编写工作流程时，它会分别为每个项目发送邮件.但是我想发送一封邮件，尽管邮件太多了.任何物品的计划日期是 即使本周计划的日期不同，也将向用户发送一封邮件.

I need to write a workflow for SharePoint 2013 using SharePoint designer.The requirement is as that i have a list with ample no of items.In that list there is column with name "Planned Date".So i have to write a workflow that will send a mail daily before 7 days of planned date.But issue is in a list there are too much items and when i write a workflow it sends mail for each and every items separately.But i want to send a single mail inspite of too many mails.Means if the planned date of any item is coming this week a single mail will send to users even if different items planned date is coming this week.
