I am trying to generate a URL that gives directions to an address, using a Microsoft Tag

Currently I can create an URL Tag like

http://m.bing.com/search/search.aspx?A=getroute&SD=0&CZ=13&TR=f&HS=1&SA=={!PostalCode}%2c+Edinburgh+City&EA=George+Square%2c+Edinburgh+EH8+9&TR=f&AT=0&RT=1&HS=0

which gives me directions in the browser.

But I would like to start the Map App instead.

seems to suggest you can do this by adding an appid={map app unique ID} parameter.
What is the map app unique ID for the build in Map App
