I'd like to submit a support incident (one of the two I have that are included in my MSDN subscription). I've obtained Access ID and Contract ID #s and now want to be sure I navigate the proper support category to submit the incident.

When attempting to submit an online incident I'm presented with a number of categories to first choose from. I want to submit an incident under something related to "Compact 7" and I so far have *not* been able to locate anything. The closest top-level category I see is "Windows" and after selecting "More Windows..." I see dozens of possibilities (including "Windows Embedded Standard 7" and "Windows Embedded XP", etc.), but nothing that identifies "Compact 7". Why is this?? What category/item should I choose when submitting a "Compact 7" incident? "Compact 7" *is* a supported incident category isn't it ;)??

  4. In Support Options, select "Don’t use a product identification number" and click continue to get to the next screen.
  5. In Payment Options, select "Professional (5-pack) and other contracts (Access ID required)" and continue to the next screen
  6. Select your prefered support option and continue
  7. Now you should be presented with a screen asking for your Contract ID and Access ID. You find those in your confirmation mail from step 3. Fill them in and click "continue".
  8. Voila, you can now submit your support incident online.
  9. In the "Operating System" filed, select "Others"
