I want to purchase the minimum required to host my (very) small personal website. I need to use SSL. I selected App Service, West US, Windows operating system, Basic Tier, B1 instance. Under the SSL connection dropdown I see "Pricing is not available for your selection in this region." Does this mean SSL is not available?
