我已经安装了Windows 7.我想开发一个项目''Smartphone FTP Client''。这个应用程序的主要功能
将是：
- 登录FTP服务器
- 登录后显示文件夹/文件结构
- 从/向SD卡（或内部存储）上传/下载文件
- 在上传文件时显示进度（百分比）
请告诉我我应该安装哪些Visual Studio版本，以及
目标操作系统最适合这个项目（Windows Mobile 6.x，7.x或8.x） ）

I have installed Windows 7. i want to develop a project ''Smartphone FTP Client''. The main features of this application
would be:
- Login to FTP Server
- Show folder/files structure after login
- Upload/Download a file from/to SD Card (or Internal Storage)
- Show progress (percentage) while a file is being uploaded
Please tell me what Visual Studio version I should install, and also what
target OS would be best for this project (Windows Mobile 6.x, 7.x or 8.x)
