couple of questions on Sitelinks AdExtensions.

1. If i want to overwrite a campaign's current Sitelinks AdExtension with a new one, can i just call the SetAdExtensionsToCampaigns operation with the relevant association object containing the campaignId and new AdExtensionId, and the new association will overwrite the old?

I could have sworn i read that somewhere, but cant find the page in the docs. And then, if this does happen, do the Campaigns already associated with the old AdExtension, stay associated with the original or do they get re-associated with the new one?

For #1 you should first disassociate the current extension from the campaign via theDeleteAdExtensionsAssociationsoperation. Then associate the campaign with a new extension via SetAdExtensionsAssociations.

For #2, you may update an existing extension via UpdateAdExtensions. A new extension will not be created in this use case. The existing associations remain.
