I published an WPF .exe using VS2012 and runs fine on my desktop Windows 8 (same desktop that contains VS2012). I loaded the exe file on to my Surface Pro and it will not run. Nothing happens. No errors. Tried using Click once deployment. Nothing happened again. Tried searching for security issues...no luck there. Note: My Surface pro will run Winform exe's created in VS2010.
