Project Installer错误：不支持此类接口

Hi Team

使用VS 2017 我有一个项目，我可以建立一切正常。但现在它有错误：没有这样的界面支持消息，也不会完成安装程序的构建msi

Using VS 2017  I have a project which I could Build all OK. BUT now It Has ERROR: No such interface supported message and will not Complete the build of the Installer msi

我没有安装任何新项目它只是停止 

I have Not installed any new item it just stop
