I have wasted two days and three installs of the hideous win 8.1 trying to make this work.

I work for a university and we intended to get a few of these due to the hideous lack of compatiblity and system requirement limitations i am going for a refund and getting the Asus or primesense, total waste of time so far.

The fan doesnt start until the device is warm, but the light should come on when data is being captured.
