I am using SharePoint 2010 out of the box approval workflow.  Depending on a certain condition, SharePoint will run an approval workflow to certain individuals.  I am in need of creating reminder emails if the approval task has not been completed.  Not if the overall task has been completed.  Is there a simple way of doing this?  This approval method works perfectly and I don't want to change it to be complex.
