In the Office for Developers family of forums, we regularly get people asking end user questions. I think this would be significantly reduced if the word 'Developers' were substituted with 'Programmers'. There are a lot of people in fields unrelated to, or tangentially related to, programming who would call themselves developers. For instance, business developers. 'Developers' a very broad term; and outside software developers it seems people don't intuit, 'For thosedeveloping software.'
