About Alibaba Cloud’s Starter Package 1.0

We noticed you renewed your Starter Package 1.0. Unfortunately, all discounted renewals past January 10, 2020 are not supported as stated in our Terms and Conditions. As a result, Alibaba Cloud will cancel your renewals for any orders past January 10, 2020 next week. Don’t worry, your payment for those canceled orders will be refunded into your account.
Alibaba Cloud will also issue a coupon valued USD 100 to your account. The coupon will be sent to your account on August 6, 2019, and will be valid for six months.
