Today marks four weeks since August 14, 2023. By now, I had hoped to complete both “American Accent Training” and “IELTS Speaking 1 Basic Tutorial”. However, due to lack of sufficient time, I’ve managed to cover only about 50 pages. The challenge has been finding a way to dedicate an independent time slot without infringing on my existing work responsibilities. The initial plan was to allocate 21 hours per week for this purpose, but this has proved to be impractical.

My revised time allotment includes 2 hours each weekday morning from 5:40-7:40, giving me a total of 10 hours. I can fit in another 2 hours on three evenings per week from 19:00-21:00, adding 6 more hours to the tally. Finally, I can manage a 2-hour slot on Sunday from 13:00-15:00. This brings the grand total to 18 hours each week.

Therefore, the reality of my situation calls for a reassessment of my original study plan. I have to acknowledge that I can commit only 18 hours per week to this endeavor.

Based on the previous plan, here is an optimized version to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
