我正在内部使用sharepoint 2013，但仍在其上开发请求系统.我的问题是，我创建了一个只能在自定义列表(员工)中添加/请求新项目的组和一个可以批准并从员工"组创建新请求的组(VIP).我有 使工作流读取正在创建新请求(员工或VIP)的请求.在VIP中，它没有任何问题，但是在Employee中，工作组无法读取此组，可以在长时间处于空闲状态的工作流状态下看到该组(我将工作流设置为 自动启动).有什么解决办法吗?谢谢你.
I'm using sharepoint 2013 on-premise, yet developing request system on it. My problem is, I've create a group that only can add/request new item in custom list (Employee) and a group (VIP) that can approve and create new request from Employee group. I've make workflow to read which one is creating new request (Employee or VIP). In VIP, it didn't get any problem, but in Employee, this group cannot be read by workflow that can be seen in workflow status still idle for a long time (I've set the workflow into start automatically). Is there any solution for this? Thank you.

Since you set the workflow start automatically, when an user create an item, the workflow is started by the author of the item automatically. Make sure the user have enough permission to start the workflow.
检查Employee组用户的权限，确保他们至少对自定义列表/项目具有贡献权限.
Check the permission for the Employee group user, make sure they at least have contribute permissions on the custom list/items.
