Hi all,I'm stuck on this issue...I'm new to SharePoint Designer so please bear with me. I'm trying to capture 1the person who approved the workflow and (later) when they approved it and plot the information in my document library...Here is where the Approver's name should go (in green) in my document library:I noticed that the document has a unique ID (in Test 5 the ID = 29). I would like to:1) Match the current item ID (29) to items that have a Primary Item ID of 29 in my workflow history list,2) As there are many lines in my workflow history list where Primary Item ID = 29, I'd like to further filter it to only capture rows where Event Type = 6 (this event captures who approved the workflow),3) Then I want to pull the "User ID" (i.e., Anna Tran) and plot it in the "Approver" column in my Document Library. ***It HAS to pull the User ID from the row with the latest "Date Occurred" date.My workflow history below...the red box shows an instance which matches what I want but with an earlier "Date Occurred" and so I don't want to capture this info. The green box shows the latest "Date Occurred" and is where I want to pull the info from...Is this possible?
